Massive stash sale part 1

Yesterday I had to have maintenance come in and replace our water heater, which meant that I had to move the stash.  It's a giant undertaking every time I need to do it, and something inside me snapped.  I need to seriously look at what I have and realize that I'm not going to ever knit all of that yarn and I should have to get rid of anything that I know I won't ever use.  I've just got to get out from under all this yarn before I die buried under it all, lol.  That means that I'm going to have a stash sale!

I'll be letting some beauties go at a deep discount.  Prices will range from 50% off, to just a few dollars a ball for yarns that I tried to knit with and gave up on.  Some yarns are discontinued, some I have in sweater quantities, and of course there is a whole lot of sock yarn!  Oh, and I have a little fiber for you spinners too.  Here are the rules:

I'll be posting yarn here on the blog.  If you want the items, leave me a comment with an email where I can contact you.  I will be sending invoices through PayPal (which means you can pay with paypal or with your credit card via paypal).  If you wish to pay with personal check, you can do that but I will not ship until after the check has cleared.  I can only sell within the United States.  Shipping is a flat rate of $3.50 including delivery confirmation, through the USPS.  If you combine lots you'll save on shipping, as I can package items together.  If I send out an invoice and it remains unpaid after 3 days, I'll assume you no longer want the items and relist them for sale.

Now, with that out of the way, here is the first batch of yarn:

The Gallatin Sweater Kit (no longer available) in Beige, featuring 13 skeins of Knit Picks Wool of the Andes Bulky.  Charts include options for deer or owls.  I opened the bag to look at the pattern, but never touched the yarn.  I love this kit, but there isn't enough yarn to make it long enough to fit my 6' body.  Originally sold for $50.00, selling @$25 plus shipping. Sold

Jo Sharp Soho Summer Cotton DK in Persimmon, 12 balls.  Originally $10 each, selling @ $30.00 plus shipping  SOLD

Elsbeth Lavold Silky Wool in golden yellow, 6 skeins (one used to swatch).  Originally $9.95 each, selling @$30.00 plus shipping SOLD

Sheep Shop Sheep 3 in aubergine, 3 skeins (325 yds each).  Originally $24.50 each, selling @$30.00 plus shipping SOLD

Plymouth Zino in purple, pink, yellow self-striping, 2 skeins (436yds each).  Originally $15.50 each, selling @$12 plus shipping
As a reminder, shipping is $3.50 for each lot via the USPS and includes delivery confirmation.  Combined orders will save on shipping.  Check back soon for the next batch...there's a lot more to come!
